Quirk

Jae's quirk allows him to create fire from his palms and feet. They are pale blue flames that dont burn in the traditional sense, but how the cold burns flesh through frostbite. Frostbite being a slow process, his pale fire can freeze downwards of -50 Celsius, depending on his concentration. He can also will the flames to solidify and freeze into solid ice, about 2 inches thick at the least. Actual flames can be converted into pale flame by Mitsukawa, but it takes a great deal of concentration to convert. Ultimately, the quirk saps from his stamina, and the more he continues to work on his stamina, the longer he could hold out.

Biography

    Jae Mitsukawa was born in Incheon, South Korea, to a Korean Mother and a Japanese Father. When he was only 3, they moved back to Japan due to his father's status as a Minor Pro Hero, he was needed back home immediately. Jae grew up looking up to his father and brother, who went on to become a rescue worker for the fire department, due to his teleportation/quick travel powers. His powers bloomed late, but when they did, it was in the middle of an elementary class. Not fun to have half a classroom iced over in the middle of July. But from then on, Jae had his sights on become a pro hero like his dad, but even better than him. He worked harder than he'd ever done, working out, controlling his power and knowing his limits, and his ultimate goal was Yuuei. Middle school came and he counted down each day until the graduation. But, in his second year of Middle school, an accident happened, and his brother ended up in a wheelchair after a dastardly escape plan that saved the victim, but incapacitated Sanghoon in the process. The once proud Firefighter was left disheartened, but Jae wanted to be the hero that Sanghoon was to him. So, he worked and finally got into Yuuei, hoping when he did become a hero, Sanghoon would be proud of him.
